1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain products, such as perishable goods, personal care items, and customized products, are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Provide your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting photos if the product is defective or damaged.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for exchanges.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
